Operation Christmas Child
Volunteer at a Processing Center
Operation Christmas Child is a wonderful ministry for churches, families and friends to take part in missions by packing a gift box and praying for the children receiving these gifts. God has given us the incredible opportunity to take part in missions and share the Good News of Jesus Christ to children all around the world through OCC gift boxes.
We’re excited for you to be involved in this important last step of processing the gift boxes before they reach the children. By volunteering with us this year, you will be participating in a global ministry that shares the Gospel to children in over 160 countries every year.

What is a Processing Center Volunteer?
Before the millions of gift boxes collected each year can bring hope and joy to children around the world, each one has to be carefully inspected and made ready for international shipment by volunteers like you. Once we collect the gift boxes, we first inspect the gift boxes to ensure that the gifts inside are safe and suitable for the respective age groups of the children. We remove any prohibited items and fill any remaining space with fun toys and gifts. The gift boxes are then placed into master cartons according to age and gender and prepared for shipment. Processing OCC gift boxes is done entirely by volunteers and is a great opportunity for members of churches or students to participate in God’s mission together.
Tens of thousands of volunteers serve annually at gift box processing centers across the world. Whether you’re interested in serving as an individual or with a group of any size, sign up now to have a direct part in blessing children overseas with the Gospel of Jesus Christ!
